It was my third time visiting Istanbul and I was amazed. I stayed in two different hotels the last times that I don’t want to mention but I didn’t enjoy my stay there and can’t really compare them to the Kaylon hotel. It’s gorgeous. This was the first time I liked my stay so much that I didn’t want to leave. The place, hygiene, food and everything about it was great. It’s located directly at the sea and near the Sultan Ahmet mosque I loved that. It’s a heavenly view. The staff there was nice and friendly but especially a young woman named Fidan was always there for me. She would always help whether I had a question or simply just needed help. For example, once I struggled with unlocking the door and she didn’t hesitate to send someone to help me immediately. Fidan made my stay so much easier and comfortable for me. This hotel is a four star hotel but it deserves to be a five star hotel. I thank everyone so much for making my stay at this hotel such a good memory. I’ll be back at Kaylon hotel soon.

This is surely an excellent hotel and we enjoyed every minute spent there. There are too many spectacular points to mention, but it is a very modern hotel with a very posh nature and modern, chic décor in the Old City very close to the Blue Mosque and the centre. The sea view from the hotel room and the restaurant is quite spectacular and the wifi speed is good and never dropped once and it is possible to stay online for the entire day. The staff are extremely posh and dressed in suits and business attire, the reception is spacious and full of plenty of modern sofas and seating areas and not so cramped as some of the other traditional hotels in the Old City. Breakfast buffet is good, our room was spacious and had an excellent sea view so loved every bit of our stay from check-in to departure - all very business like.

Stayed with my family and dog for 7 nights(partially sea view room)and had to checkout due to my plans but the moment my plans changed i immediately rebooked more 6 more nights(sea view room) the staff is more than amazing Mohammed, Fidan, Sema and i'm sorry i forgot the other guy's name all of them more than friendly and profissionals noting i was there New year's season the hotel was fully booked but nothing effected the quality of everything starting with amazing hospitality to food test and the great room service

Excellent large room with a large comfortable bed, well appointed shower room and a sea view. Huge choice for breakfast and the bar staff were very helpful, we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a beer watching the boats and traffic passing by. The reception staff were were friendly and helpful and the airport transfer was well organised and definitely worth the cost. The back gate of the hotel took us straight to the old town with a 5 minute walk to the Arasta Bazaar and Blue Mosque.

When the overall experience was great, I still would like to give a special shout-out to Semanur Unat and Fidan Havare. The comfort that they graciously provided us with was just outstanding. Going the extra mile for a customer, lovely ever-lasting smiles, thoughtful recommendations. I trust the management of Kalyon recognizes the impeccable service of these ladies.
