It was our first time visiting Istanbul, i booked this hotel as it got 5 stars from Trip.com . When i saw this hotel in person, this was wonderful, the view, the ambience and the staff was so polite, helpful and nice. The view from our room was beyond excellent. Everyday there was some new breakfast menus, which we liked. I love the staff, who were during the dinner time in the falyanos restaurant, they were very polite and we celebrated my husband's birthday as well there. He was being very helpful along with his assistant respectively. There was a backdoor, from where one can easily go to the market and the historical places without using any taxi. Overall, everything was great and perfect at Kalyon hotel. Thank you for the wonderful services.

It was my first time visiting Istanbul and I chose to stay in Kalyon Hotel. The best service I have ever had in my life while traveling with my family. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars as it did have all facilities. I specifically appreciate the guards in here, helping every time with our stuff. Daily Turkish tea in Hotel provided to our room was fantastic. Next time, I will pick that hotel everytime I visit Istanbul. Additional things to consider: -Location of hotel. Near to river. Morning walk is best. -5minute walk to all touristic places. -Quiet place to stay, very much good for family trips with child.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. They were always ready to help and greeted guests with a smile. Room service was also quick and efficient. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The quality of the food was excellent, and there were many options to choose from. The view from my room was stunning. Overall, everything at this hotel was excellent, and I will definitely return. I recommend choosing this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

It was clean and comfortable. Very warm. Ideally located with a great sea view. There was a good range of items to choose from the breakfast buffet in a warm and welcoming environment. What made the property great were the staff who were helpful, caring and attentive but one among them stood out. Melika’s kind, caring and thoughtful personal approach made our stay even more comfortable. She was always at hand to offer assistance and resolve any issues we had. She is a credit to Kalyon hotel. We would recommend this hotel and would revisit in the future should the opportunity arise. Thank you to all the staff from reception to house keeping to catering and the restaurant and a special thank you to Melika for making our stay joyful.

We were greeted by a very friendly Bilal Dundur who helped us with our bags and was a pleasure throughout our stay. The children loved him and would high five him every day. The hotel staff are great, everyone at reception, house keeping and around the hotel was amazing. They were friendly and helpful and the afternoon hotel porter was great with helping with shopping and getting in and out of a taxi. They are an amazing team that provide exceptional customer service.

Everything! The hotel took our request into account and accommodated us at the top floor (2nd), with superb sea view! Many thanks to the staff! Generous parking area and very good and rich breakfast! Location at sea-front, we could see the sunrise in the morning, it was spectacular! We also had to extend our stay and the reception team was immensely helpful (super appreciated!!) Comfortable room and bed, having all the amenities needed. Also great location, within a short walk to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Museum areas. Needless to say, I highly recommend it as a perfect option for staying in Istanbul!

The Reception guys Cebrail and Batu were very helpful and friendly.They created a good atmosphere and represented the Kalyon to a high standard. The housekeeping staff were also terrific with great care and diligence. Our room was looking over the Sea of Marmara, always full of activity and offering a variety of natural lighting vistas as the day goes through its hours until darkness gathers.

Best location if you are looking to visit Hagia Sophia, Topkapı palace and the Sultan Ahmet area in general. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Especially Cebrail, Erhan, and Ömer. Greeting us and helping with luggage on arrival and departure. If you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle but close to main attractions this is ideal. Restaurants with roof terraces only a 7 minute walk away and Sultan Ahmet Square about a 15 minute walk.

Clean and tidy room. Especially the staff is magnificent.They do their best for the convenience of guests. Even late hours at night, when the kitchen was closed, they offered tea and coffee drinks. Especially Semih, Batuhan, Osman thank you very much for the kind and friendly service. Even the security officer at the door (forgot his name-white hairs😄👋) was very kind and respectful. Totally this hotel with this staff would be the best choice for comfortable trip. Thanks again for your efforts and service! Suggesting this hotel to everyone without any doubt.
