Kalyon Hotel Istanbul

It was clean and comfortable. Very warm. Ideally located with a great sea view. There was a good range of items to choose from the breakfast buffet in a warm and welcoming environment. What made the property great were the staff who were helpful, caring and attentive but one among them stood out. Melika’s kind, caring and thoughtful personal approach made our stay even more comfortable. She was always at hand to offer assistance and resolve any issues we had. She is a credit to Kalyon hotel. We would recommend this hotel and would revisit in the future should the opportunity arise. Thank you to all the staff from reception to house keeping to catering and the restaurant and a special thank you to Melika for making our stay joyful.

The Reception guys Cebrail and Batu were very helpful and friendly.They created a good atmosphere and represented the Kalyon to a high standard. The housekeeping staff were also terrific with great care and diligence. Our room was looking over the Sea of Marmara, always full of activity and offering a variety of natural lighting vistas as the day goes through its hours until darkness gathers.

Clean and tidy room. Especially the staff is magnificent.They do their best for the convenience of guests. Even late hours at night, when the kitchen was closed, they offered tea and coffee drinks. Especially Semih, Batuhan, Osman thank you very much for the kind and friendly service. Even the security officer at the door (forgot his name-white hairs😄👋) was very kind and respectful. Totally this hotel with this staff would be the best choice for comfortable trip. Thanks again for your efforts and service! Suggesting this hotel to everyone without any doubt.

The location was great! just 5 minutes to the confusing world of restaurants :)) Near to many landmarks. The reception staffs were great, especially Mr. Mohammad who was very helpful and kind. Although the hotel's building was a bit old, the cleanliness was good. The Breakfast variety and quality were good enough for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was served in a saloon with a very beautiful view of the Marmara sea.

First and very important is hotel cleaning condition - it was cleaned every day! Towels changed every day! Second is friendly polite helpful stuff!always ready to help,advise,recommend and give the advice! I was really satisfied by stuff professionalism,everyone of Them are always on the serve! Everyone knows english. The third - great,unbelievable location!You are right at the seaside and at the same moment behind the Sultanahmed square. Very comfortable for public transport. the fourth and last thing - delicious variety of breakfast! I chose only with breakfast but if i could rechoose i would include lunch and dinner as well due to tasteful dishes. thank you for your hospitality! Highlight this hotel for the next appointment!
